Most of what we sell arrives in your inbox straight away. Only merch and spices travel by post, and only within Denmark for now.
What arrives by email
- E-books and the e-book bundle: a download link right after you pay, by email and on your order page.
- Masterclass seats: a confirmation email with the date, time and place.
- Gift cards: an email with your gift card code.
These are always free to deliver.
What arrives by post
- Merch and spices (tote bag, apron, t-shirt, spice set) are sent with [Carrier] to your address or a pickup point in Denmark.
- We send your parcel within [2] working days and email you a tracking link.
- It usually arrives [2–4] working days after we send it.
- Delivery costs [Shipping price] kr. You see the price at checkout before you pay.
Something went wrong?
- No download link? Check your spam folder first. Still nothing? Write to us and we’ll send it again.
- Parcel damaged? Take a photo and write to us. We’ll send a new one at our cost.
- Parcel not here after 30 days? You can cancel the order and get your money back.
