These are the simple rules for buying from vegama.dk: e-books, merch and spices, masterclass seats and gift cards. They apply when you buy as a private person.
Who you buy from
Vegama ([Company name]), CVR [CVR number], [Address in Esbjerg], Denmark. Email: vegama@easv365.dk.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% Danish VAT (moms).
- You see the delivery cost before you pay.
- You pay by card through Stripe [and MobilePay]. We charge your card when you place the order.
- You can use one discount code per order.
Your order
Your order is confirmed when you get our confirmation email. Please check it, and tell us if something is wrong.
E-books
- You get a download link right after you pay, by email and on your order page.
- E-books are for your own use. Please don’t share, resell or publish them.
- When you open the download, you can no longer cancel the purchase (see Returns and cancellation).
Masterclasses
- Every class has a fixed date, time and place in Esbjerg. You’ll find them in your confirmation email.
- Every dish we cook is 100% plant-based. Tell us about allergies when you book, and we’ll do our best to adapt. Each class page lists the menu and its allergens.
- You can cancel for free up to 7 days before the class.
- If we have to cancel or move a class, you choose: a new date or your money back.
Gift cards
- A gift card is worth one masterclass seat and arrives as a code by email.
- It is valid for 3 years from the day you buy it. It can’t be exchanged for cash.
If something is wrong with your order
You have 2 years to complain about a fault in a physical product. Tell us soon after you notice it, and we’ll repair it, replace it or give you your money back. We pay for sending it back.
Not happy?
Please write to us first at vegama@easv365.dk. We reply within 24 hours on weekdays, and we’ll try to find a solution together.
If we can’t agree, you can complain to Nævnenes Hus, Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, through Klageportalen for Nævnenes Hus.
