Changed your mind? Most things can be returned within 14 days, no reason needed. E-books and masterclass seats work a little differently, and here is how.
Merch and spices
You have 14 days from the day you get your parcel to cancel.
- Tell us you want to cancel. Write to alecat01@easv365.dk or use the form below.
- Send the item back within 14 days after telling us, to [Address in Esbjerg]. You pay for the return shipping.
- We refund the full price, including standard delivery, to the card you paid with within 14 days. We may wait until the item is back with us.
You are welcome to look at and try the item, like you would in a shop. If it has been used more than that, we may take off the lost value.
Gift cards
You can cancel an unused gift card within 14 days of buying it and get the full price back.
E-books
At checkout you tick a box to say the download can start straight away. Once you open the download, you can no longer cancel. Until then, you can.
Masterclasses
A class takes place on a fixed date, so the 14-day rule doesn’t apply. We still want to be fair:
- Up to 7 days before the class: cancel for free and get your money back.
- Less than 7 days before: we can’t refund you, but you can give your seat to a friend. Just send us their name.
- If we cancel or move a class: you choose a new date or your money back.
